Why Yoga? To become more aware of our own bodies from the inside out. The pelvic floor(mula bandha) , abdominal (uddiyana bandha)and the throat(jalandhara bandha) . How they work to control the internal systems. Massaging organs and creating the strength and endurance we need for day to day life. I always go back to that statement "metabolism slows down as we get older" . Does it or do we? If we can start off young and fun why cant we as whole continue that way for as long as we can. IF you stop using it you lose it.!!
