There is a beauty and truth that flows naturally when we let go of “getting it right” and let ourselves express freely. Energy and emotions can be quickly transformed through the voice and self-expression.

Through vocal games, stream of consciousness and group singing, we will discover the healing power of the voice when we are witnessed and received in a safe and loving space. No experience necessary, come prepared to vocalize, explore and play!
