Interior Wellness Festival 2018

Theda will lead us in a journey of sound healing with Crystal Singing Bowls and intuitive songs of the heart to access the deeper truth, connection and peace within. She creates a mystical soundscape to journey inwardly, relaxing the nervous system, deepening the connection with the heart and breath and thus coming home to the self.

This will be a chance to deeply relax and integrate the many workshops of the weekend. Chairs are provided and you are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow if you'd like to lay down on the floor to comfortably receive the healing sounds. Surrender and allow the sound to connect you with higher states of awareness, peace, love and connection with self, the divine and life.  

Attendees will be escorted out of the mall after this session by a IWF staff/volunteer as the mall will be closed
