Breath Integration Coaching and Training Center is a Wholistic Counselling Center located in the heart of Kamloops. This Center has been owned and operated by Lynn Aylward and Cory Erlandson for 11 years. Lynn and Cory both having a foundation in Breathwork came together as they completed their teachers training of Breath Integration in 2007. Since then they have both continued their journey of growth inside and out. A huge part of this has been Lynn letting go of a 35 year nursing career and Cory letting go of a successful excavation business. With the combination of trust and courage these two leaders in wholistic health have had a dramatic impact on the individuals they work with in one on one sessions, and if you have met anyone who has gone through one of the Personal Empowerment trainings they offer you will see and hear the transformation that has occurred within them.
