Shannon Byrnes, MA, RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and holds a  Master’s Degree in Art Therapy. She has a background in trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness-based therapy and has worked with people of all ages in various mental health and wellness environments. She loves sharing the healing process of art making with others.
